The 3D printing and prototyping service lets you turn design into reality.

Assess your product before creating a full run. Our expertise allows us to match the ideal prototyping process for the application.

We go the Extra mile by taking in consideration:

  • Application of the prototype
  • Product feature size
  • Surface finish
  • Environment (UV and Heat)
  • Mechanical (loads, deflection and creep)
  • Dimensional accuracy
  • And more

High resolution 3D print

Using the latest 3D professional equipment that we regularly calibrate, we are able to offer high precision and high quality models. Depending on the size of the model and the requirements, 3D printing is possible with a high level of detail and a thickness of only 0.016mm, up to 0.33mm for extremely strong and resilient models.

The perfect match for you

Our process is flexible to fit your needs. For the prototyping process, we create 3D printed objects from a digital 3D file. We can work from a file that you supply, or we can create them by building CAD models. We can base models on sketches or reverse engineer a physical sample. This is done by 3D scanning, surfacing or a hybrid of the two processes.

State-of-the-art 3D printers

3D printing is a new technology that is rapidly advancing and evolving, so using the latest equipment is very important for top results. We rely on proven solutions from industry leaders in the field of professional 3D printing equipment. However, we also invest in third-party equipment that strives to push the limits of 3D printing.

Shortest delivery time

Additive manufacturing technology offers multiple time savings over conventional manufacturing processes, so manufacturing time is measured in hours and days instead of weeks and months. The standard delivery time of the model is three to five days, regardless of 3D printing technology. Possibility of express construction from 36h for urgent projects.

The largest selection of materials

We offer a wide range of model materials - from full color composite material, high-detail slices, fully transparent materials, rubber imitation, to industrial ABS Plus plastics. Special materials such as biocompatible, heat-resistant and casting materials are also available. We are constantly expanding our offer of 3D printing materials!

WHAT IS 3D PRINTING

3D printing is an additive manufacturing process of three-dimensional, physical objects, of any form, based on a digital computer model. Formerly available only to industrial giants and institutions because of the price of equipment and materials, the last few years it becomes available to the general population due to advances in technology.

Since 1984, when the first 3D printer was designed, a number of 3D printing technologies were developed differing in the possible printing materials and method of unification. Practically, this meant that different technologies had certain advantages and disadvantages in terms of physical characteristics, precision and color printing. Regardless of the progress that was made in time, this fact still remains valid.

3D print is by nature an additive process, which means that objects are formed of a material that is applied in layers according to a certain pattern. This feature allows you to create practically any form, which differs to traditional production methods that are based on material removal, cutting or drilling. 3D Printing Process –
