Available Materials:
Nylon Powder SLS
Nylon powder printing has the advantage of high dimensional accuracy and the ability to render any geometry without limitations and the need for supports. It gives absolute freedom in design and is used in all kinds of models, functional, architectural, etc. It is a method that gives us functional final prototypes with very good speed and finish to be used even in production.
Carbon
PA6-CF / PA12-CF / PETG-CF
- PA6-CF is a carbon fiber reinforced PA6 (Nylon 6) filament. The carbon fiber reinforcement provides significantly improved stiffness, strength and heat resistance with outstanding layer adhesion.
- PA12-CF is a carbon fiber reinforced PA12 (Nylon 12) filament. Thanks to the low moisture sensitivity of PA12, this product features outstanding mechanical and thermal properties even after the moisture conditioning process. Combined with its ease of print with Warp-Free™ technology, this product is ideal to create manufacturing tools.
- PETG-CF filament is a high cost performance 3D Printer material with water resistance, chemical resistance and high toughness. Adding carbon fiber reinforced materials to PETG and modifying it, strengthens the rigidity and toughness of PETG.Highlights
- High strength
- Wear resistance
- Impact resistance
- Chemical resistance
PLA
PLA (Polylactic Acid) is a popular general purpose 3D printing filament. It is produced from renewable sources such as sugar beet, soy, etc. and is ecological and safe. It is used in all kinds of models and due to a very small shrinkage factor it shows zero distortion even in large objects. Due to low printing temperature and easy cooling, it has an advantage in models with fine details and sharp edges. Its surface is relatively glossy and can receive normal external treatment. It is harder than ABS but more brittle. Not suitable for models that will be exposed to external conditions and heat.
ASA
ASA is an alternative to ABS with an improved weather resistance. Its UV resistance and excellent mechanical properties make it the perfect choice for real life application.
Highlights:
- High-temperature resistance
- UV-resistant
- Weatherproof
- Very good mechanical properties
ABS
The ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) is one of the most popular 3D printing materials along with PLA. ABS is more flexible and impact resistant, it also has a higher melting point and longer life. Its texture is more matte than PLA and can be processed, sanded and painted. It is also soluble in acetone, which helps us to bond prints together or smooth them out. It is suitable for all kinds of models with only the limitation of very large objects that may show distortion due to shrinkage.
High Resolution SLA
Ultra high resolution printing on liquid photopolymerizable resin. It is the ideal printing method for miniatures and other small objects that have very fine details and we need the best possible finish. It is also suitable for printing jewelry prototypes with resin that withstands vulcanization for rubber pressing, or with moldable resin for direct lost wax casting. Accordingly, there are engineering resins, dental resins, rubber resins and also resistant to very high temperatures (>240C) depending on the requirements of each application.
Flexible TPU
Elastic and very strong elastomer for models that we want to have elasticity (SHORE A 85-90 which corresponds to the hardness of a car tire), resistance to temperatures, exposure to UV and chemicals. Very elastic and strong, withstands chemical exposure and temperature. It offers a very good fit between the layers and its texture is really like rubber.
Polycarbonate
Specially designed polycarbonate consumable that offers superior print quality, excellent mechanical strength and temperature resistance compared to other 3D printing materials. It is the material of choice for models that are interested in absolute durability, such as spare parts for devices, for modeling, drones, etc
PETG
It is a thermoplastic with great light transmission and excellent mechanical properties, reduced warping, resistance to friction, tensile strength and relatively high temperatures (60-70C). It also has a high chemical resistance to acids, salts and alkaline compounds.
HIPS
HIPS (high impact polystyrene) is a very durable consumable with a very low shrinkage factor and therefore minimal warping so it is a good substitute for ABS in large prints. It is not extremely hard and as a result is not brittle and withstands pressure and impact. Extremely useful for large objects with difficult surfaces and also for architectural models. Withstands post-processing.
NYLON / NYLON CF
This material (Polyamide 6.6) offers flexibility and high resistance, a low coefficient of friction and excellent resistance to temperatures (140-150C). It is therefore an excellent choice for printing objects such as tools, gears, prosthetic limbs or functional model prototypes.
